Moshe Rabbeinu is the only one who "received" everyone else handed it down etc.To truly receive you have to nullify yourself, your bias ,assumptions, prejudice and be totally open, be a desert that is waiting from something to bloom and then you will do nothing but receive in the most optimal way possible growing , learning ,loving ,giving as you never have before as only G-d can empower you to do.

Who is wise ? no mention of studying more,doing more etc but rather learning from others as the definition of a wise person.
A learned , wise Rabbi for example is called a Talmid Chacham,a wise student,whether he is 30 years old or 80 years old because the truly wise person is always learning from everything and everyone as all in existence are part of the reality that is G-D and G-D never creates something for nothing .Everything and everyone is packed with Divine eternity for us to learn what to do and also what not to do.So when all of us, men and women maintain a Talmid Chacham mindset we stay fluid, always growing ,tasting life's meaningful pleasures, soaring past our limits , slowly but surely feeling and experiencing the awesome, exciting privilege of a life Divinely tailored for each and every one of us no matter who we are , where we are or how we are.
